Questions

What is the difference between KVM and LXC?

A KVM server is a full virtual machine with its own kernel — it runs anything, including Docker and custom kernels. An LXC container shares the host's Linux kernel, so it is lighter and cheaper, and ideal for websites, bots and services.

How long does it take to get my server?

Usually a few minutes after payment is confirmed. Card payments confirm instantly; transfers are confirmed by our team.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, from the server's page in your dashboard. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period and the new resources apply after a reboot. Moving to a smaller plan happens at the next renewal.

What happens if I don't renew?

We send a renewal invoice before the due date. A server left unpaid is suspended after a short grace period, and removed later if it stays unpaid.
