Paying by InstaPay or wallet

Open the invoice from Invoices, choose Transfer, and the page shows where to send the money. After you transfer, enter the transaction reference from your receipt in the box and press I have paid — that is what our team looks for to confirm it, usually within a working hour.

Card payments are confirmed instantly. If you have account credit (from a refund, say), it is offered first and pays what it can; the rest goes to the method you choose.
